Around 9th century, cards were invented after the Chinese men discovered the concept of paper sheets. After wards, the European had also their way on using the cards about 14th to 15th century they redefined cards as a decks.
Before, playing cards were made of special heavy paper, and most of it was made of thin cardboard or thin plastic and already used as a set of playing cards. This cards known as a pack or a deck, and this started when people incorporate it in gambling.
